I started as a journalist,
then I changed my mind.
At 21 I started as an art director in a boutique agency of the Publicis Groupe. Then I moved to Publicis Milan, working with Bruno Bertelli, Cristiana Boccassini, Mihnea Gheorghiu, Milos Obradovic and many other superstars.
At 29 I was ACD in London, at VMLY&R.
At that time, for personal reasons, I travelled back and forth from the UK to Italy every weekend. I was at my desk every Monday morning at 9.30 am. It was demanding. And stressful. And expensive.
But it was a great experience.
One year later the Publicis Groupe called me back to manage the Jeep account in the Emea region.
Since then I’m working with a fairly big department (30+ creatives) to improve the client creative output.
