I started as a journalist,
then I changed my mind.

At 21, I started as an art director at a boutique agency within Publicis Groupe. Then I moved to Publicis Milan, working with Bruno Bertelli, Cristiana Boccassini, Mihnea Gheorghiu, Milos Obradovic and many other superstars.

At 29, I was an ACD in London, at VMLY&R. At the time, for personal reasons, I travelled back and forth between the UK and Italy every weekend. I was at my desk at 9.30 every Monday morning. It was demanding. And stressful. And expensive. But it was a great experience.

A year later, Publicis Groupe called me back to manage the Jeep account across EMEA. Since then, I've been working with a large department (30+ creatives) to improve the client's creative output.
